This is a stunning green chiffon strapless prom dress by Phyllis Taylor of London. It has a ruched boned bodice with an inset side panel which is embellished with sequins and beads. This panel continues into an embellished layered sash which drapes to the side of the skirt. The waist is seamed and the skirt is full and flared and falls from small box pleats under the waist line. The dress is lined in rose pink silk acetate which gives a two tone effect to the dress. The dress fastens with a back metal zip.
