The photograph doesn't do justice to this beautiful sleeveless evening gown from the 1950's. It is made from a woven rose gold fabric with a vertical self stripe. There are sparkling gold threads running through the fabric. It has a roll neckline which is embellished with two rows of beads. It has a dropped rolled waist line and the skirt falls from pleats under the waist line. The dress fastens with a back metal zip and hooks and eyes with a key hole opening.
Vintage items rarely conform to modern day sizings and the UK size we give is only a guide. You are advised to check the measurements carefully to ensure a good fit.
hips: free to 40"
Approximately UK size: 10/12 but please check measurements
1950's / CONDITION: very good - some slight wear around the hem but as this is a long dress it could be taken up to refresh the hem, otherwise unseen when worn.
